A mind is a terrible thing to waste.

The New York Times ran an article this week about a study that found that people were more likely to be happy when they were focused and being in the moment as opposed to allowing their minds to wander and think about the past or future (which actually was more likely to cause unhappiness). Go figure, Team Improv scores another point for clean, happy living.
